Polaris Inc. is seeking a Support Analyst within the Application Support team of the Polaris IS organization. The candidate will provide outstanding customer support for all current global business applications used by Suppliers. The ideal candidate should be technically astute, well organized, proactive, and willing and capable of discussing issues with business and technical users at all levels.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in handling Supply Chain Systems for OEMs or Tier 1
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Experience in handling the ServiceNow Ticketing tool
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Systems related to the Procure to Pay process, Quality Management Systems, and other Engineering Systems.
- Proven complex problem-solving / management skills and a strong eye for detail
