TC - Solution Architect - Manager

EY is seeking a Solution Architect - Manager to provide consulting services and execute Digital Transformation projects for clients in the MENA region. The role involves leveraging EY's global resources, including technology and partnerships, to deliver best-in-class solutions for complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting and technical skills and will contribute to both strategic and operational aspects of Digital Transformation projects.

Requirements

• BTech/MCA from a reputed Institution
• Extensive consulting experience in Big-4s, IT Industry Majors or Management Consulting firms
• Experience in performing the role of technical owner/ co-owner for large IT transformation projects
• At least 5 years in Architecting and leading the implementation of medium/large solutions of Cloud solutions
• Good understanding and exposure to large platforms and systems, including major ERPs, CRMs, Digital, Cloud and Big Data Platforms and Channels, Service Management Platforms like ServiceNow/BMC Remedy, SAAS, PAAS, IAAS providers
• Possess good understanding and exposure to SOA, Agile delivery, DevOps and industry standard delivery and quality frameworks
• Possess excellent people interfacing, negotiation and management skills
• Open to travelling extensively to MENA region and work directly with EY clients
• Experience in creating and conducting impactful client presentations
• Experience in running physical and virtual workshops independently
• Demonstrable professional technical writing expertise
• Experience in productivity and diagramming tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
