As an Architect - OT Service management at Capgemini Engineering, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients optimize their production processes by leveraging ServiceNow and OT Service Management (OTSM). You will design and implement service processes that ensure the seamless integration of operational technologies (OT) with traditional IT systems.
Requirements
- Seasoned expert in ServiceNow and ITIL
- Strong background in ITSM architecture and manufacturing environments
- Certified in ServiceNow web services
- Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and schema definition
- Knowledge of OT environments and their integration with ITSM systems
- Strong communication skills to work with clients and global teams
- Ability to lead and design complex systems in manufacturing settings
