Manage Renewals leaders to refine our renewals strategy, process, policies, and engagement with the Sales teams. Partner with Sales leadership to ensure agreement in our go-to-market approach for sales/renewals programs.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Renewals, Sales or Customer Success leadership – preferably in a SaaS environment
- The ability to partner with multiple layers of the organization
- Financial skills with a sales mindset
- Experience scaling teams
- The ability to plan on the fly, delivering on both the customer and organizational needs
- Experience engaging with C-suite leaders
- Track record working towards desired outcomes and willingness to help the team succeed
- Experience creating employee-focused programs to foster team health and engagement
- Growth mindset – willing to learn and grow while staying "Hungry and Humble"
- An understanding of enterprise software selling processes
