We are urgently looking for a Manager – Service Desk Operations for a client in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT support, service desk management, or IT operations within the banking sector.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT support, service desk management, or IT operations within the banking sector.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, and familiarity with ISO/IEC 20000 standards.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification.
