Arthur Lawrence is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Technical Consultant (SAM or HAM) to manage the full lifecycle of hardware assets and software licenses for a client in Chennai, India. This role focuses on accurate asset tracking, vendor compliance, cost control, and optimization. The consultant will work with cross-functional teams to audit, renew, and report on asset usage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined Hardware and Software Asset Management experience.
- Proficiency with ITAM/SAM tools such as ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, or Snow.
- Strong knowledge of licensing models, ITIL, HAM, and SAM standards.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Proven experience in audit support and compliance reporting.
