Arthur Lawrence is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations. The role focuses on program governance, stakeholder management, and solution oversight to ensure successful enterprise-scale outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow and a proven track record of successful ServiceNow deployments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management with 7+ years in ServiceNow delivery
- Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules
- ServiceNow Certified Architect or Master Architect Certification is mandatory
- Deep knowledge in modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and data strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
