Arthur Lawrence is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Technical Consultant (SAM or HAM) to manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate tracking, vendor compliance, and cost control for a client in Riyadh, KSA. The role involves managing asset lifecycle, tracking licenses, optimizing usage, and ensuring compliance with ITIL and HAM/SAM standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined Hardware and Software Asset Management experience.
- Proficiency with ITAM/SAM tools such as ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, or Snow.
- Strong knowledge of licensing models, ITIL, HAM, and SAM standards.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Proven experience in audit support and compliance reporting.
Requirements Summary
