As an Adviser for Attention to Collaborators, you will provide a close, agile, and human experience to those who are part of our community, attending in person and through the ticket system, managing requests, guiding users, and ensuring that each interaction reflects the quality and warmth of the Tec service.

Requirements

  • High school degree completed
  • Desirable: Technical career or university studies in areas such as: Administration, Communication, Customer Service, Public Relations, Psychology, Hospitality, or Tourism
  • Use of ticket systems or incident management platforms
  • Basic use of Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and supplies control
  • Speed and precision for registration and follow-up of requests
