Version 1 is seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join their ASPIRE Global Service Centre in Belfast or London. This role is the central authority for technical support for the company's customer sites and focuses on ServiceNow ITSM tools, cloud technologies, and providing excellent customer service. The position involves resolving technical issues, maintaining the IT infrastructure, and contributing to the development of the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in deskside support
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience with service desk management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
