Version 1 are seeking a Config Manager to support their ASPIRE Managed Service offering. The role is the central hub of service management, orchestrating workflows, processes, and tooling within ServiceNow ITSM. The manager will focus on maintaining accurate Configuration Management, collaborating with other teams, and providing stakeholders with relevant CI information. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework
- Proven track record of performing Configuration Management using Service Now
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Highly focussed attention to accuracy and detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate is beneficial
- Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) could be beneficial
