GovCIO is hiring an Asset Manager to support ARPA-H Information Technology Support Services (ITSS). The position will be a remote/hybrid role located in Fairfax, VA. The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing IT assets, including inventory management, asset tracking, and software license management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5-8 Years of Experience
- Experience with developing guidance, reporting, and procedures following ITIL and ITAM asset management guidelines
- Experience with hardware and software asset management
- Knowledge of asset tracking, request, and workflow tools, including ServiceNow
- Ability to manage project prioritization and planning
- Ability to work independently and part of a team and help in fostering communication amongst the team
- Ability to roadmap strategic improvement of services, translate tactical plan to ensure team success, and multi-task
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing needs and requirement
