Asset Manager

GovCIO is currently hiring for an Asset Manager to support ARPA-H Information Technology Support Services (ITSS). The position will be located in Fairfax, VA and will be a remote/hybrid position. The Asset Manager will manage IT assets, assist with daily review and approval of software and hardware purchase requisitions, and provide guidance and manage asset tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 5-8 Years of Experience
• Experience with developing guidance, reporting, and procedures following ITIL and ITAM asset management guidelines
• Experience with hardware and software asset management
• Knowledge of asset tracking, request, and workflow tools, including ServiceNow
• Ability to manage project prioritization and planning
• Ability to work independently and part of a team and help in fostering communication amongst the team
• Ability to roadmap strategic improvement of services, translate tactical plan to ensure team success, and multi-task
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing needs and requirement
