DMI is seeking an Asset Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT asset or logistics management and proficiency with asset management tools and systems.
Requirements
- Maintain inventory of network assets and ensure asset tracking systems are current
- Oversee lifecycle management of hardware and software assets in accordance with CBP policy
- Coordinate with field teams for asset issuance, recovery, and disposition
- Conduct periodic audits and reconcile inventory records with physical assets
- Generate compliance and asset status reports for stakeholders
- Proficiency with asset management tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
- Understanding of ITIL practices related to asset lifecycle
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or IT-related field
- 3+ years of IT asset or logistics management experience
- Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance
- Familiarity with federal procurement regulations
- Experience managing telecommunications or network equipment
- Ability to support physical asset audits across distributed sites
