KPMG is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their GRC Packaged Product team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves providing strategic technical and functional support within ServiceNow, focusing on risk management, business continuity, and customer trust. KPMG offers a global network and experience in the local Indian business environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow platform experience
- Firsthand experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Third Party Risk Management
- Good understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server-side APIs, and client-side APIs in ServiceNow
- Experience in design and build against need/functional requirements
- Experience in working with Rest API’s
- Fair understanding of MID Server Configuration, CMDB, discovery and asset management
- Good knowledge of debugging, troubleshooting mechanisms in ServiceNow
- Demonstrated success at delivery of assignments with tight deadline
