This role will involve supporting the data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with HR and leadership teams to develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and motivating employees. Requirements
- Experience and Qualifications:
- HR qualification or related degree
- Excellent Microsoft applications knowledge (Excel; Word; PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Success Factor and Service NOW usage
- Minimum 7+ years of working experience in Reward Shared Services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of Excel, macro and reporting
- Knowledge of Rewards and Benefits functional areas and HR systems (SuccessFactors & ServiceNow) proficiency
