This role will involve supporting the data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with HR and leadership teams to develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and motivating employees. Requirements

  • Experience and Qualifications:
  • HR qualification or related degree
  • Excellent Microsoft applications knowledge (Excel; Word; PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Success Factor and Service NOW usage
  • Minimum 7+ years of working experience in Reward Shared Services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of Excel, macro and reporting
  • Knowledge of Rewards and Benefits functional areas and HR systems (SuccessFactors & ServiceNow) proficiency
