Requirements
- Implementation and Scripting experience on ITSM module
- Java Scripting knowledge and hands-on experience on it
- Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation
- Service-now for custom Application Design & Development
- Service-now for migration of data into ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes
- Ability to create and Modify Workflows
- Design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
- Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes
- Good integration experience using REST/SOAP/API
