Requirements
- Implementation and Scripting experience on ITSM module
- Java Scripting knowledge and hands-on experience on it.
- Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.
- Service-now for custom Application Design & Development.
- Hands-on technical delivery including documentation and cost-effective solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.
Requirements Summary
Needs ITSM scripting experience and Java scripting. Knowledge of ITIL & ServiceNow is required. Good communication and presentation skills needed
