The ServiceNow GDN Assistant Manager is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the IT department's needs and beyond. This role involves researching new solutions, developing and integrating modules in ServiceNow, providing support to developers, and influencing business process owners. The position requires strong technical skills, communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Good design knowledge
  • Research new solutions based on requirements
  • Expertise in ServiceNow design, development, and integration
  • Strong knowledge in ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, Reporting/Analytics, Custom application
  • Proficiency in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script)
  • Knowledge in ITIL Framework
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Requirements Summary

Strong design knowledge and ServiceNow expertise are key. Must be proficient in ITSM & understand core modules. ITIL Framework & strong communication skills a plus
