This position involves leading a ServiceNow implementation team of 5-7 members, designing technical solutions, and performing performance management. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills and a focus on customer service and teamwork.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services).
- Knowledge & experience in development of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation and coaching team members.
- Experience working under pressure and handling crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
