The ServiceNow GDN Assistant Manager will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT department and beyond needs, with a focus on ITSM & other modules. This role requires strong design, development, and integration skills and a desire to research new solutions.
Requirements
- Good design knowledge
- Research new solutions based on requirements
- Experience with ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM)
- Strong expertise in Design, Development, Integration of ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script)
- Exposure to ITIL Framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
