The ServiceNow GDN Assistant Manager will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT department and beyond needs, with a focus on ITSM & other modules. This role requires strong design, development, and integration skills and a desire to research new solutions.

Requirements

  • Good design knowledge
  • Research new solutions based on requirements
  • Experience with ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM)
  • Strong expertise in Design, Development, Integration of ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script)
  • Exposure to ITIL Framework
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills

Requirements Summary

Strong ServiceNow experience, design & integration skills, ITIL framework exposure, and excellent communication skills required. Prior ITSM deployment experience and a track record of managing complex projects are desirable
