Seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and implement scalable solutions using the ServiceNow Platform, responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across various modules.
Requirements
- Define the overall ServiceNow architecture and solution strategy to align with business objectives and IT goals.
- Design Scalable, Secure and reliable ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM and custom applications.
- Create technical roadmaps, Integrations plans and implementation blueprints.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive ServiceNow data model, workflows, and customizations.
- Primary point of contact for ServiceNow architecture decisions, providing guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions and establish best practices.
