We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, innovative ServiceNow solutions. This role involves understanding business requirements, defining technical strategies, and delivering end-end ServiceNow solutions. The architect will have expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Development and Integration, and timelines.
Requirements
- Define the overall ServiceNow architecture and solution strategy.
- Design Scalable, Secure and reliable ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM and custom applications.
- Create technical roadmaps, Integrations plans and implementation blueprints.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive ServiceNow data model, workflows, and customizations.
- Primary point of contact for ServiceNow architecture decisions.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree required, ServiceNow architecture expertise needed, and experience with ServiceNow data models & integrations. Strong technical leadership and client communication skills are essential
