Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (Not enhancements, Managed services)
- Knowledge & experience in development of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
- Experience with agile methodologies for ServiceNow implementation
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
