This is an opening for a ServiceNow Assistant Manager, focusing on ServiceNow implementation projects. The role requires experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, development of ServiceNow applications, and strong leadership skills. The candidate will work as a solution architect, leading a team to implement the ServiceNow application and contribute to automation and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (Not enhancements, Managed services)
  • Knowledge & experience in development of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
  • Awareness of best development practices during implementation
  • Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
  • Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
  • Experience with agile methodologies for ServiceNow implementation
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
