The ServiceNow Assistant Manager is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy IT and business needs. The role requires a strong track record of managing complex ITSM deployments, excellent communication skills, and a focus on customer service and team work. The position involves system configuration, integration with existing systems, and support for various IT functions.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
  • Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
  • Strong record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Design, Development, and Integration of ServiceNow in ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, Reporting/Analytics, Custom application
  • Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
  • Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools

Requirements Summary

Proven ServiceNow experience and strong communication skills. Must be able to manage complex deployments & support teams. Familiarity with ITIL and web technologies is a plus
