As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. The role involves managing the Change Management process documentation, driving the change management process across Cyber, and aligning with relevant teams to support in reviewing and sharing recommendations in line with Carrier’s Change Management Process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in handling ServiceNow change tickets.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise during the change process.
- Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks
