We are looking for a Technical Incident Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing production incidents to resolution, leading technical triage calls, and identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years of related experience in IT infrastructure and production support
- Experience with Unix/Linux Servers, Wintel Servers, networks, firewalls, routers, load balancers, web logic, LDAP, Oracle/MS SQL databases, SAN, Virtualization, Email systems, Enterprise monitoring, or access management solutions
- Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- ITIL certification (preferred)
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
