Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role
• Proven record in providing enterprise-grade reporting in complex, multi-tower environments
• Solid experience with MS Excel and integration of visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI)
• Ability to work systematically with multiple data sets and reports simultaneously
• Good understanding of IT operating model design and best practices
• Understanding of ServiceNow reporting capabilities
