The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing ServiceNow proposals, estimating effort, and presenting the KPMG value proposition to prospective clients. The role requires strong presentation skills and excellent communication abilities, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
Requirements
- Prior experience creating ServiceNow proposals.
- Experience responding to ServiceNow RFP's & proposal defense.
- Experience creating effort estimation for proposals.
- Strong presentation skills (preferred ServiceNow proposals creation).
- Good Excel skills.
- Strong ServiceNow tool working experience.
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives.
Requirements Summary
