Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration with 0 -2 years of related industry experience or equivalent in Credit Management or other accounting function in an MNC or Shared Service
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Credit Management and Accounting Functions using operating ERP System - SAP FSCM Module and MS Office Tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience using the ServiceNow, or Sales Force is a plus but not require
  • Have experience in supporting low to medium complexity tasks and participating in a small to medium size project initiatives and a progressive mindset and aptitude in learning and adapting to technology and productivity tools
  • Financial and Analytical Acumen: Possesses fundamental knowledge of financial statements, ratios, and concepts, combined with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
  • Independent and Organized Work Style: Effectively prioritizes, completes tasks, and meets deadlines with moderate supervision; demonstrates a proactive approach and adaptability to change
  • Customer-Focused Approach: Anticipates and responds to customer needs with flexibility and empathy, effectively managing expectations and fostering positive relationships
  • Compliance and Collaboration: Ensures adherence to SOX and operational controls; communicates effectively and collaborates with stakeholders across various departments
