People Partner, Advisor

Zebra is seeking a People Partner, Advisor to provide expert guidance to people leaders and employees, delivering people services based on knowledge of people programs and offerings, local talent, policies, and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on creating a positive work environment and ensuring effective human resources practices, representing employee voice in the regions they support. The People Partner Advisor will collaborate with Talent Strategy Partners and be a key part of the People Team.

Requirements

• Advise managers and support employees on talent actions, organizational changes, and development.
• Collaborate with Talent Strategy Partners on talent initiatives, providing support on organizational redesign and succession planning.
• Represent the voice of employees and act as an employee relations consultant.
• Ensure local implementation of people compliance programs and reporting.
• Mentor and guide colleagues, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Proficient in HR systems including HCM software and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
