This role involves resolving ServiceNow requests, modifying training assignments, managing employee registration, and monitoring training program activities. The position contributes to the continuous improvement of training processes and data integrity.

Requirements

• resolve ServiceNow related requests/questions
• modify training assignments in the Learning Management System
• assist with employee registration in the United States and Canada
• monitor class sizes, participant information
• generate basic LMS reports
• maintain LMS data/process integrity
• contribute to knowledge base
