Associate Corporate Counsel

ServiceNow is seeking a talented and highly motivated Associate Corporate Counsel to support enterprise sales for ServiceNow. This role involves reviewing contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and providing expert legal counsel to sales teams, all within a fast-paced Commercial Legal team. It's an on-site, full-time position focused on client service and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and law degree from an accredited law schools
• Active membership in at least one U.S. State bar
• 4 years’ relevant experience at a major law firm and/or in-house, including negotiating technology agreements
• In-house commercial contracting experience dealing with SaaS or software licensing transactions and supporting a sales organization
• Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
• Exceptional critical thinking abilities, strong business acumen, and excellent business judgment
