We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator – Americas, to provide hands-on and remote support across multiple office locations. This role will ensure the smooth operation of facility-related services, including maintenance, vendor coordination, health & safety compliance, and space management.
Requirements
- Exposure and understanding of facilities operations, workplace management, or a related field, preferably in a multi-site or regional role.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building maintenance, health & safety regulations, and office operations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot facility-related issues and provide practical solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in liaising with remote teams.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using facilities management software and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, FM Systems).
- Project Coordination: Ability to manage small-scale office projects, relocations, and upgrades.
- Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
