We want a creative, highly motivated Support Engineer who can take initiative, have good sense of urgency and is comfortable working in a fast paced, agile environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience IT App Support, IT Development, IT Networking, or similar field.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services and infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
- Experience with monitoring tools and platforms like Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
- Understanding of security best practices in the cloud.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Working experience with ServiceNow strongly desired.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to batch jobs, scheduling, and system performance, including coordinating with application teams and other support groups.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and deliver results in a business-critical production environment.
- Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
