Staff Engineer II - Corporate Trust Senior Production Support Analyst

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Staff Engineer II - Corporate Trust Senior Production Support Analyst to support innovative, industry leading solutions. The role requires a creative, highly motivated Support Engineer who can take initiative and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience in IT App Support, IT Development, IT Networking, or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with monitoring tools and platforms like Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Understanding of security best practices in the cloud.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis. Working experience with ServiceNow strongly desired.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to batch jobs, scheduling, and system performance, including coordinating with application teams and other support groups.
