Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Certification: CIPD qualification is a plus but not mandatory
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in HR, particularly in a generalist role
• Strong understanding of HR processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software (ServiceNow)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with high levels of attention to detail
• Proactive and strategic thinker
• Collaborative team player
• Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial for the European market)
