Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Certification: CIPD qualification is a plus but not mandatory
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in HR, particularly in a generalist role
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software (ServiceNow)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with high levels of attention to detail
- Proactive and strategic thinker
- Collaborative team player
- Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial for the European market)
