The Associate Manager ERP Package Applications will act as a trusted advisor for the customer, defining the roadmap and understanding the customer business needs. They will communicate with customer stakeholders and management to build trust and provide project plan input and align on project streams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise grade projects or service management and environments
- 7 or more years of experience with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow CSA certification plus at least two further ServiceNow mainline certifications
- Fluent in English
