Join our dynamic ServiceNow team in Corporate Systems as an Associate Manager, ServiceNow Testing Support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand developed and OOTB code, draft automated and manual testing documents, and execute testing efforts. Work with engineering teams to understand requirements, develop testing scripts, and automate test scripts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream
- 1+ years of working experience creating, executing, and managing testing efforts
- AutomatePro working knowledge is highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices for IT Service Management is highly desirable
