Associate NetSuite Developer

Qualys is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Systems Support Analyst to join our IT Business Applications team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur, and will serve as the primary support contact for these systems.

Requirements

• Primary Support Owner for NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur systems for day-to-day operations and end-user queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, escalating to vendors or development teams as needed.
• Perform user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and role management in compliance with internal security and audit controls.
• Partner with finance, procurement, and travel & expense teams to understand issues, provide training, and improve adoption.
• Manage configuration changes, workflows, saved searches, reports, and scripts (basic understanding) in NetSuite.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and data flows across NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on testing and release activities.
• Document support processes, known issues, and workarounds in a knowledge base.
• Participate in internal audits and SOX compliance efforts related to user roles and system access.
• Support month-end and quarter-end activities by being available to address time-sensitive issues.
