Associate Principal, Software Engineering

The Associate Principal, Software Engineering, will be a subject matter expert with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) functionality. A strong candidate will have the ability to enable complex configurations and approval workflows, be proficient in supporting technical tools, and provide support to business users. The role will involve defining business requirements, investigating and implementing configuration changes, testing, deploying, and leading efforts to implement cross-functional technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Business Process Administration, Recruiting, Security, Reporting (other Workday modules are a plus)
• Ability to lead business users and develop positive working relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a Workday post-implementation support role (Preferred)
• Experience working within an Agile framework (Preferred)
• Workday champion who can solve problems creatively, independently, communicate effectively, and proactively engage in technical decision making to achieve business goals.
• Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of production support workflow tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Knowledge of development lifecycle under Agile (JIRA preferred)
• General knowledge of Workday integration capabilities is a plus
• Experience with implementation of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning tools and understanding of use cases is a plus
