Corporate Counsel Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Risk Mitigation

ServiceNow is seeking a motivated corporate counsel with litigation experience to assist with active litigations, policy implementation, and risk mitigation. This role involves case management, investigations, discovery, and advising internal stakeholders regarding legal risks and strategies. The position can be based in San Diego, or another ServiceNow office, with the potential for remote work.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic, exceptional judgment, and uncompromising integrity
• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school (or foreign equivalent).
• Current membership in a US state bar in good standing
• 5+ years of litigation experience at a highly regarded law firm or in house legal department of a global company; tech industry experience and familiarity with employment litigation and/or bankruptcy proceedings a plus.
