We are looking for an Associate Success Generalist to handle HR-related queries, requests, and issues, and to provide efficient HR service delivery and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in a global environment
- Proficient in Workday HCM and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules
