As an Associate Technical Analyst in our IT Asset Management team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets within the organization.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, with a strong focus on Device Lifecycle Management (DLM).
- A 3-year diploma after 12th grade or a graduate degree (minimum 15 years of formal education).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas) for reporting and analysis
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT asset management platforms
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices, especially in procurement and asset disposal
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
