The Desktop User Experience Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent, reliable, and efficient cybersecurity service delivery. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT service quality, managing IT and cybersecurity service performance, fostering continuous improvement, and resolving major incidents. The manager also contributes to budget management, vendor relationships, and IT service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline
- Current DoD 8570 or 8410 compliant certifications (e.g. Security+)
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification preferred
- Relevant Technical Certifications (Azure, AWS, etc.) preferred
- 12+ years of professional experience in the required task area
- 5+ years of professional experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager or similar role
- 1+ years of professional experience working in a management or leadership role
- Experience delivering and/or managing IT Service Delivery within large organizations.
- In-depth understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Experience with service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- US citizenship and a current Secret Clearance eligibility
- Active TS/SCI eligibility (preferred)
