Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge: degree in business informatics or comparable fields.
- ServiceNow experience: ideally experience in IT consulting with a focus on ServiceNow or a comparable workflow platform.
- Technical knowledge: knowledge and experience with solution and interface concepts, industry standards such as ITIL, BPMN, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Project methods: experience in project methods such as waterfall, Scrum, or hybrid, and ideally certified in PRINCE2 and/or PMI and/or Scrum.
- Soft skills: valuable team player with a binding working style.
- Language skills: very good German and good English skills
