Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge in business informatics or comparable fields
- Experience in the IT consulting environment with a focus on ServiceNow or a comparable workflow platform
- ServiceNow certification as 'Certified System Administrator'
- Knowledge of solution and interface concepts, industrial standards such as ITIL, BPMN, JavaScript, and SQL
- First experiences in project methods (waterfall, Scrum, or hybrid)
- Certification in PRINCE2 and/or PMI and/or Scrum
- Valuable team player with a binding working style
- Very good German and good English skills
