We are looking for a Case Manager to ensure customer inquiries are processed smoothly and efficiently, and to contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

  • Experience in service management, preferably in a security technical environment
  • Knowledge of systems such as ServiceNow, Jira or Confluence
  • Understanding of technical relationships
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Experience in dealing with KPIs, SLA tracking, and reporting
  • Very good German and English skills in word and writing
