As a Service Manager, you will ensure efficient and high-quality technical service interventions, including maintenance and software updates, to contribute to customer solution stability and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in technical service area, preferably in security technology
  • Familiarity with systems such as ServiceNow and ERP (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics or esoffice)
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience in deployment and resource planning
  • Completed training (technician, master or comparable) or a study
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Safe handling of MS Office
