Requirements
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CLA’s internally developed software applications
- Partner with the Product Owner to confirm UAT scope, timeline, and readiness criteria
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive outcomes through metrics and continuous improvement
