Delivering operational services to outsourcing accounts, covering the team's portfolio skillset, performing proactive analysis of issues, and applying necessary fixes to the environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support, operations monitoring, or end user support
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent certifications
- Good knowledge and working experience in Broadcom Automic Workload Automation/UC4
- Experience and/or knowledge in any additional Workload Automation software, such as Broadcom/CA Workload Automation (Autosys), BMC Control-M, IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler
- Hands on experience in administration of Linux/UNIX based OS, Microsoft Windows Server, System administration, Application deployment and configuration
- Understanding of the correlation between a Workload Automation software, applications, databases, and the hosting OS
- Fluent in spoken and written English
