We are looking for a 1st and 2nd level IT Support Help Desk ICT to perform on-site technical support activities for an important automotive sector client.
Requirements
- Manage, install and maintain workstations (PCs, printers, peripherals)
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to plant users (software and hardware support)
- Monitor and manage ticketing system through ServiceNow
- Perform daily IT operational guard at the production site
- Coordinate with the central IT team for escalation and system activities
- Support the management of configurations and the resolution of problems in the local network area
